DJ Tiësto helps local business “craft the tone” of their new audio product

While most of Perth’s big business is related to mining and resources, our music industry is making its mark on the international map, too. Perth is home to some brilliant bands currently exporting their sounds to the greater world, the likes of which include Tame Impala, Pond, John Butler Trio, Eskimo Joe, Empire Of The Sun, and Birds Of Tokyo.

Now the city can boast quality music hardware as an export, too, with local brand Audiofly recently teaming up with international DJ Life Tiësto to unveil a range of in-ear headphones that help DJs travel lighter.

While the new ‘Club Life by Tiësto’ brand of in-ear headphones are small in size, they’re massive on sound, with Audiofly and their star DJ ambassador having worked hard to craft tone and deliver a heightened experience of full-spectrum sound.

The ‘Club Life by Tiësto’ in-ear headphones contain super-strong Cordura fabric cables for longevity, and hybrid speaker configurations for warmth and clarity. When tuning into electronic dance music (EDM), in particular, the headphones provide an all-encompassing sonic experience, but they work well in picking up delicate detail when listening to other genres, too.

Audiofly have been going great guns since starting out as a small business in a Balcatta garage back in 2011. They’ve gone on to win industry awards aplenty and to supply their products to professionals and public consumers the world over. Last Friday night, Audiofly had the pleasure of hosting DJ Tiësto at the opening of their first concept store. The store is located in prestigious King Street, Perth, a hop, skip and jump away from the boutique likes of Tiffany’s and Louis Vuitton.

Guests on the night were treated to excellent music (of course), glorious food champagne aplenty, as well as a glimpse of the elusive DJ.
