Recently, Cream caught iconic Australian band Icehouse live at the Oz Rock Festival in Busselton and even got to chat with lead singer Iva Davies backstage.

Turns out the guy is not only a genius in song-writing and making music, he’s a dab hand at design, now having collaborated with footwear brand Nookiee on an exclusive range of shoes inspired by classic Icehouse recordings.

Each pair of hand-stitched, leather runners are based on one of Icehouse’s albums or songs with fans getting to choose from seven separate designs including Crazy (Red and Black versions), Electric Blue, Great Southern Land, and Man Of Colours.

Nookiee is a new company based out of Melbourne and kickstarted by former Nescafé Big Break winner, Josh Pell. The label produces limited edition handmade shoes using only the best materials available. Oh, and Josh also happens to be a long-time fan of Icehouse.

At Icehouse’s recent sold-out shows, fans got to see samples of the shoes, with orders immediately following suit. Get in quick for your order of a limited edition pair or two. Or, heck, order all seven…  Antonino Tati
