Harrison Ford in plane crash

Harrison Ford has crashed a small plane near Santa Monica’s municipal airport yesterday.
The 72-year-old Indiana Jones actor was flying over the Penmar Golf Course when he lost control of his two-seater vintage plane, crashing it onto the green.
Alert and conscious after the incident, he was taken to hospital suffering “moderate trauma” and subtle injuries, including lacerations to his face and small fractures.
A few hours following the crash, the actor’s son, Ben Ford, tweeted: “At the hospital. Dad is ok. Battered, but ok! He is every bit the man you would think he is … an incredibly strong man.”
Ford is getting ready to reprise two of his most famous roles in cinema this year – that of Han Solo (for Star Wars: The Force Awakens, due for release December 18) and as Rick Deckard in the long-awaited sequel to the dystopian epic Bladerunner, the film set in a troubled Los Angeles, 2019.
