Chris Hemsworth in gear for new ‘Ghostbusters’

Three decades on from when it first burst onto cinema screens worldwide, Ghostbusters is back and fully rebooted to appease original Gen X fans and generations that follow.

Director Paul Feig combines all the paranormal fighting elements that made the original franchise such a hit – but with added computer-generated effects, we’re sure, to really get us on the edge of our seat.

The cast includes Australia’s Chris Hemsworth as Kevin (the team’s receptionist, and a character similar to Annie Potts’ Janine from the original films). along with Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and a host of splendid cameos… naturally.

‘Ghostbusters’ is in cinemas July 14.
