See the new trailer for 'Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice'

It’s big enough when one Marvel or DC superhero bursts onto our screens in fresh cinematic splendour, but to bring two major heroes into the one film, well, that’s epic.

The latest trailer for Zack Snyder’s highly anticipated ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ is now available to view. From what we gather, there are plenty of in-camera special effects in the flick, as opposed to an overload of computer-generated FX – and that ought to please puritan fans to no end.

As for the synopsis (in case you’ve had your head in the sand), here ’tis:

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day saviour, while the globe wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

‘Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice’ stars Ben Affleck as the caped crusader and Henry Cavill as the man in blue. It also features Oscar nominees Amy Adams ‘“Man Of Steel’) reprising her role as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg (‘The Social Network’) as Lex Luthor, Diane Lane (‘Man Of Steel’) as Martha Kent, and Laurence Fishburne (yep, who also appeared in ‘Man Of Steel’) as Perry White.

The film is set for release on March 24 in 3D, 2D and in select IMAX 3D theatres.  Antonino Tati
