A cool blend of contemporary & retro culture

The kind of oil spill you’ll be grateful for…

Aromatherapy Associates Bath & Shower Oil cream magazine @2x

I have a jacuzzi in my bedroom. A somewhat decadent design aspect, yes, and perhaps a little strange. But it is awesome when I feel like a spa at any time of the day or night. So, while it’s not common to have a jacuzzi in the bedroom, I very much like it.

I also have a work-desk in my room, just in case I’m inspired in the middle of the night to write.

Sometimes when I’m enjoying a spa, I’ll suddenly be interrupted by a work-related thought. Not much fun, because it niggles at my mind to the point that I have to get up, dry off, type the thought into some digital device, then hop back into relaxation mode.

So when I came across Aromatherapy Associates’ Essential Bath & Shower Oils, I figured, let’s see if these help me ease up to the point that I’m not thinking about work-related matters and simply just relaxing.

Mixing a few drops of ‘De-Stress Mind’ bath and shower oil into the tub, within a matter of minutes I was in absolute laidback mode.  With the potion consisting of a calming blend of frankincense, petitgrain, chamomile and rosemary, not only does this good stuff sooth the body, it leaves it smelling sensational.

Also in the range are bath and shower oils with names like ‘Relax Deep’ and ‘Revive Morning’, each doing a dandy good job at turning your ordinary bath/spa/shower into an extraordinary and ever-so soothing affair. And that, in these cold, wintry months, is just what you’ll be wanting.  Antonino Tati
