Kim Kardashian stars opposite Sharon Strzelecki in Uber Eats’ latest advert
It’s a sight Kim Kardashian fans would never ever have dreamed of, and yet in an Uber Eats ad revealed today, Kath & Kim star Magda Szubanski reprises her role as dag, Sharon Strzelecki, who orders take-in dinner with her buddy Kim – this being Kim Kardashian, not her usual uppity Fountain Gate buddy.
In the latest installment of Uber Eats’ “Tonight I’ll Be Eating…” campaign, Strzelecki is sitting on a sofa dressed in her netball best, telling viewers she’ll be ordering “g-nocchi and garlic bread” so as to keep her “carbed up”, then turns to her friend Kim to ask what she’ll be ordering.
Her pal turns out to be that Kim, probably the most popular reality TV star on the planet, who reveals she’ll be ordering “chicken schnitty with chips and chicken salt”.
The ad is rounded off with Strzelecki teaching Kardashian the proper pronunciation of the word “noice” – which is hilarious, to say the least.
Previous celebrities who have appeared in Uber Eats’ “Tonight I’ll Be Eating…” campaign include Boy George, Ryan Maloney, Naomi Watts and Rebel Wilson.
