Shape Clinic takes its aesthetic beauty business to the next level, quite literally

If you have walked past the former premises of Shape Clinic in Darlinghurst, you might have noticed it’s not there anymore. Not that the business has moved far. In fact, it has shifted to just a few floors up at the very same 19A Boundary Street address.

For a clinic that has seen hundreds of customers happy with their aesthetic improvements, you can expect the new premises to be a beautiful sight to behold.

Spread across two levels, encompassing a large outdoor space with views of the Sydney CBD and lush eastern suburbs, the clinic has taken on an ultra-modern look and feel.

Specialist Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Steven Liew entrusted Paddington-based interior architect George Livissianis to take care of the extensive redesign.

Befitting to a clinic called ‘Shape’, curves are a key feature in the architecture and interior design, extending from floor to ceiling, with the ceiling curve being replaced by glass so as to let in natural light.

The sunlit space sees a basic palette of whites and grays complemented by soft blue-green undertones.

For Dr. Liew, good chi was important and you can sense a certain serenity as soon as you enter the space via a frosted glass door and private buzzer.

The new clinic was designed with the patient in mind as well as a focus on calming, understated luxury. While the new premises boast a space-age futuristic appeal, the minimalist design is complemented by a soft mix of textiles, making the clinical more comfortable.

Shape Clinic continues to offer an extensive range of cosmetic and plastic surgery treatments that include surgical, non-surgical, skincare treatments, body contouring, and the new, much-talked-about Emface procedure.

Dr. Liew is flanked by a team of experts that includes Dr Danae Lim who specialises in cosmetic injectables, thread lifts, laser and other non-surgical modalities, using the latest technology and techniques so as to ensure patients receive the best possible results.
