On June 3, 2017, 25-year-old former American intelligence specialist Reality Winner is confronted by FBI agents arriving at her home, played by a gripping Sydney Sweeney (star of Euphoria, White Lotus and The Handmaid’s Tale).

Based on true events, the film’s dialogue is directly from the transcript of their tense, transfixing conversation.

This superbly helmed political thriller keeps viewers on the edge of their seats from beginning to end in what is an immersive, dreamlike piece of cinema. It’s confrontational, empowering, nerve-wracking and, ultimately, entertaining.
