Yummy frozen yogurt brand Yo-Chi opens its second Perth outlet in Karrinyup

Melbourne-born frozen yogurt brand Yo-Chi opened its first venue in Balaclava in September 2012 and since then it has gone on to satisfy the tastebuds of Aussies right around the country.

Just opened is their new outlet in Karrinyup Shopping Centre, and since I do a lot of my Chrissy shopping in Karrinyup I’m going to need some pep in my step – hence the Yo-Chi outlet is where I’ll be heading first.

Since sampling the good stuff out of takeaway tubs from the supermarket, I can say this really is excellent yogurt – packed with all the right healthy ingredients and available in a wide variety of flavours. These include staples like vanilla, chocolate and strawberry, and some of the most exotic flavours you’ve seen this side of the equator: green tea, banana, mango, strawberry cream, salted butterscotch, just to name a few. Absolute yum!

Yo-Chi’s toppings are just as adventurous as their yogurt flavours, with the likes of fresh pineapple, kiwi fruit pearls, Biscoff spread and muesli bar bites all adding texture, colour and flavour to an already fabulous staple.

The new Karrinyup venue features Yo-Chi’s famous buffet-style topping bar, providing an endless selection of options, like those mentioned above, and new Special Chi toppings along with seasonal frozen yogurt flavours will be announced in the coming months.

Says Yo-Chi’s Head of Marketing, Lauren Lagos, “After we received such a great response from our first opening in Victoria Park it was a natural transition for us to open a second Perth venue and one that would reach customers located closer to the coast.”
