NON8 is made with bold flavours, namely orchad apples that have been torched and oolong adding to its brooding colour. It also contains pinches of caraway, cacao nib, a bit of burnt sugar and healthy ginger root. The result is a bevvy that is equal parts zingy and rich but never too much for the palate.
