City of Perth to burst with Chinese New Year shows and cultural activities
The Perth Chinese New Year Fair will be held on Sunday 11 February 2024, to celebrate the Lunar New Year: Year of the Dragon.
The Fair will be held in James and Lake Streets, Northbridge, and at Northbridge Piazza (from 12 pm – 9 pm) and Yagan Square (12 pm – 5 pm).
Visitors will enjoy an event rich in culture and full of entertainment – with stalls, cultural arts and craft workshops, competitions, games and rides, plus colorful cultural performances including, of course, the highly anticipated lion and dragon dances.
Admission is free to this, one of the largest and most popular community events in the City of Perth with an annual attendance of 35,000 visitors, volunteers and participants.
