WIN! Clever board game ‘Dumb Questions To Ask Your Friends’

You know those dumb questions your friends sometimes ask out loud where you feel like saying one word to them: Google? Well you’re sure to see many of those questions cropping up in the fun board game Dumb Questions To Ask Your Friends.

Brought to you by the peeps behind Big Potato Games, the aim of this game is to score points by correctly guessing which Dumb Question your friends are playing. You get to hear their answers, then see five possible questions to pick from.

Select someone in the game group to the be the ‘Guesser’ who goes first in picking a card from one of six categories: Animals, Players (which refers to the people playing the game), Numbers, Food, Objects, or Famous People. Another player then takes five cards from the chosen category and shows the top card to the other players except the Guesser. Each player who sees the card then shouts out their answers to the question.

The cards are then shuffled and read out loud one by one. The Guesser has to place each card, as they hear it, onto the Scoring board on one of the five available spaces. If they think the question they just heard was likely to be the one everyone answered, they will place it above the four space, meaning it was most likely the card they saw. If they think it was not the card everyone answered for, they place it above the zero space for least likely.

When all five cards have been read and ranked, the other players then reveal what was the correct question, and wherever this card was placed is the points the Guesser scores this round. Pick a new Guesser and play the next round until everyone’s had a turn at guessing.
