Pan Pacific Perth 95% complete in its fab refurbishments

In case you’ve not popped into Perth CBD for a couple of months, you’re going to be mighty surprised at changes in the city landscape. And delving into several iconic structures, you’ll find changes within, too.
One luxury high-rise that’s been going through plenty of refurbishment is the Pan Pacific hotel, the iconic structure situated on bustling Adelaide Terrace.
Refurbishments have been underway at the hotel since May 2023, elevating the establishment to new standards of understated luxury, where discerning business and leisure guests can enjoy modern comforts and excellent service.

The popular Hill Street Bar offers a relaxing atmosphere for after-work drinks at the newly refurbished Pan Pacific Perth.
The transformation has already seen the completion of 390 guest rooms and suites, with the redesign of the impressive convention level ballrooms and meeting rooms, along with the lobby and exclusive Pacific Club lounge on level 7 thoroughly underway.
Quality guest experience has been at the forefront throughout the refurbishments, with comfort, quality aesthetics, and functionality all carefully considered and executed. The suites themselves look more spacious than before, with pared back décor and subtle touches that make each room uniquely Western Australian.

There is plenty for guests to do outside of their rooms, too, with the popular Hill Street Bar, Mas Vino Wine Bar, and UMA Restaurant each offering a distinctive look and feel for lovers of fine wine, fancy cocktails and quality cuisine.

The next stage of the project includes the revitalisation of 96 Pacific Club rooms and suites, with ample workspace and refreshing décor, along with a reimagined arrival experience with transformation of the porte cochère.
The plans will also see a grand unveiling of the luxuriously appointed Presidential Suite boasting panoramic views of the city and Swan River from each of the suite’s two balconies.
Plenty of changes at Pan Pacific Perth, with plenty good reason for out-of-towners to feel right at home, and staycationers to get themselves out of the house and back to the big city.
