Lady Gaga has officially announced an Australian concert tour for December

Lady Gaga has today announced her next concert tour of Australia – her first tour here in over a decade.

While the artist only hinted of a tour on morning radio last month, saying on Fox’s Fifi, Fev & Nick show, “I can’t formally announce anything, but I can tell you that I’m going to be announcing… some things,” she has officially made an Oz tour announcement this morning.

It all started with an emotional hint and declaration of her love for Australia in March of Fox Melbourne, the segment that you can hear here:

Gaga will be bringing her ‘Mayhem Ball’ down under in December with official dates as: December 5 in Melbourne (Marvel Stadium), December 9 in Brisbane (Suncorp Stadium) and December 12 in Sydney (Accor Stadium).

If you’ve not seen what the woman has been up to of late, that is if you’ve missed her latest couple of insanely brilliant videos, including Disease (above) and Abracadabra, then you’re truly missing out some amazing art and music.

Judging by these music vids, the December shows ought to be the best we’ve seen yet.
