Magical skincare from the house of MONAT

By winter’s peak, many of us have gotten somewhat lazier in our beauty regimes, letting go of our regular attendance to keeping the body beautiful. That is when a product range such as MONAT Body Care’s Rejuvenique range becomes the perfect antidote – a collection of products to prepare you for the forthcoming summer.

The Rejuvenique collection will see your body becoming hydrated, refreshed, and summer-ready thanks to powerful ingredients including Coconut Oil, Shea Butter, Glycolic Acid, Rose Water and various Floral Extracts.

I tried all five products in the range, and each and every one has left me impressed.

First there is the Moisturise & Replenish Body Wash. This smooth gel turns into a rich foam even with light pressure while applying all over the skin. In fact, the lighter the pressure the better, since going too hard can take away moisture. The MONAT Moisture & Replenish Body Wash contains Beetroot Extract and Rose Water which work together to help nourish and replenish, leaving skin feeling hydrated and clean, but never stripped.

I followed this with the Exfoliate & Refine Body Polish, a concoction of tough volcanic pumice mixed with superfruits that work to exfoliate the skin, leaving it more radiant and refreshed. Those superfruits leave a gorgeous scent all over, too.

Once you’ve towel-dried, you can add to the nourishment and moisturising with MONAT’s Hydrate & Repair Body Serum: a highly concentrated serum containing niacinamide that instantly hydrates and nurtures, leaving skin looking smoother and healthier.

Some people like to blend their usage of the body serum with MONAT’s Smooth & Renew Body Lotion –also rich in niacinamide and with added green coffee – but since my skin is combination/oily, I tend to pick one or the other in my daily routine.

Finally, there’s the Silky & Soothing Hand Cream to help combat chapped, irritated hands. I find the hand cream to be the perfect alternative to creams from other brands – which often leave my hands greasy-feeling. Instead, MONAT’s Silky & Smoothing Hand Cream leave your hands feeling just that – but without the slipperiness.

In all, I give this product range five stars, and look forward to seeing improvement in my skin’s moisturisation and replenishment day after day.
