Madonna signs back to Warner Records – drops new photo shoot that’s like someone fed ‘Courtney Love’, ‘big boobies’ and ‘Pretty in Pink’ into an AI image generator

After a lengthy estrangement from her original record company, Warner Records, Madonna has returned to the fold, revealing she will be releasing her new pop-dance album in 2026 through her original hom, Warners.
The Queen of Pop revealed this evening (Thursday, US time) that she will be releasing a brand new dance album in 2026, and that she has resigned with Warner Records, almost two decades since departing the label.
The new signing sees the artist come full circle, and all rather timely since Madonna is currently in pre-production on her autbiopic, which is set to star Julia Garner (of Ozark fame) in the role as the queen of pop, albeit in her early, couch-surfing days.
Madonna started her journey in music in 1982 when she signed onto Warner’s Sire Records imprint. She remained with Sire for the first 25 years of her career but then went out on her own to start Maverick Records – a company that housed artists as diverse as the Deftones, the Prodigy, and Alanis Morissette.

“From being a struggling artist in New York City to signing a record deal to release just three singles, it seemed at the time my world would never be the same again and in fact that couldn’t have been truer,” Madonna said in a statement.
“Since the beginning, Warner Records has been a real partner with me. I am happy to be reunited and look forward to the future, making music, doing the unexpected while perhaps provoking a few needed conversations.”

The first project to be released through Warner Records since reunited, will be a followup to the very successful album Confessions on a Dance Floor for which she has already confirmed will have Stuart Price on production duty.
No word yet on which artists might feature but for now, enjoy this gallery of images that kind of look like AI got Madonna mixed up with Courtney Love circa 1999, with a bit of hentai and a lot of photoshopping thrown in for good measure.
