THE NEW. RETRO. MODERN.

The Presets and more fab acts to play at the return of Jack’s Garage in Melbourne over the Australian Grand Prix weekend

Last year, the quirkily named Jack’s Garage at the iconic The Espy (Hotel Esplanade) in St Kilda was a standout event during the Australian Grand Prix weekend.

Sponsored by Jack Daniel’s (hence the name) the gig transformed the legendary beachside pub into a high-octane race-week pit-stop party of sorts, seeing the venue decorated with Formula 1 memorabilia, and keeping audiences entertained with a fab music lineup.

For 2026, Jack’s Garage is back bigger and completely free to attend (with RSVP) during the Australian Grand Prix week from Thursday 5 March to Sunday 8 March at The Espy in St Kilda.

The format remains a four-night live music series, turning the pub into the go-to late-night race hub with Jack Daniel’s whiskey cocktails flowing and great vibes for fans after a day at the track.

Headling are one of Cream’s all-time favourite electro acts, The Presets (performing on the Thursday night), followed by Slowly, Slowly with their with melodic brand of indie-rock on Friday, Anna Lunoe on Saturday, delivering dance and electronic beats; and Keli Holiday closing out on Sunday with an energetic set.

Lots to get excited about, even before the first auto race engines get revving.
