RAC Arena continues its support of WA music with the Limelight music support fund

Previous winners of the Limelight 2023 support fund, Riley Pearce, Angie Colman and Hazel Meyer on the RAC Arena roof.
Back for its third consecutive year, Limelight aims to nurture homegrown talent and provide financial, performance and promotional opportunities to a selected West Australian act over a 12-month period.
Introduced in 2022 as part of RAC Arena’s 10th anniversary celebrations, support has so far been given to rising stars Alter Boy, Angie Colman, Riley Pearce and Those Who Dream – showing the diversity of acts that Limelight likes to assist.
This year, there will be even more opportunities for WA musos to have their time to shine, with two runners-up set to receive assistance alongside the main recipient.
The main prize is worth over $20,000 and includes $5k in financial assistance, a radio campaign thanks to Nova Entertainment, music equipment thanks to Kosmic, valuable recording studio time and rehearsal space courtesy of Vision Studios, and inclusion in the WAMFest 2025 line-up, plus promotional support via RAC Arena’s marketing channels. Now that’ an excellent kickstart into the industry!

To enter, head to RAC Arena’s website racarena.com.au.
Keep WA music alive and you’ll find our state once again on the international music map.
