A Krispy Christmas: doughnuts too good to leave out for Santa

You may have noticed things getting a bit brighter and more seasonal around the workplace for indeed ’tis the season to be jollier. Well, here’s something to make things that much brighter and even more seasonal – the merry and bright festive doughnut collection from Krispy Kreme!

While we do appreciate a classic glazed Krispy Kreme now and again, we love it when things are coloured up and packed with innovative fillings and toppings. Available now until Christmas Day, there’s the Christmas Cookie Crumb – a doughnut filled with spiced custard, dipped in white truffle, and sprinkled with vanilla biscuit, Chrissy sprinkles and a white truffle drizzle. Decadent might be the word we’re looking for here. Indeed, this has to be our favourite from the new Krispy Chrissy range.

Next up is the more traditional Christmas Tree, a doughnie dipped in green truffle icing and decorated with a choc wafer trunk (ie: pretty much a KitKat!) and finished with a white truffle drizzle and Chrissy sprinkles.

Then there’s a yummy Reindeer doughnut, dipped in caramel truffle, and topped with chocolate covered pretzels (for antlers, you see). And of course a Christmas selection wouldn’t be the same without tribute to Santa – this particular doughnut in the shape of the big man’s belly, filled with chocolate kreme, dipped in red truffle icing, and decorated with choccy ganache.

Speaking of which, these treats are little too good to leave out for Santa on Christmas Eve so stick with the Milk Arrowroots for him and carrot sticks for the reindeer while you indulge in this Krispy Krissy feast.
