New Apple iPhone looks fruitier than its predecessors

With the issue of a new-model iPhone comes all manner of fanfare, and the iPhone 5c has been as hyped a gizmo can get. Most of the whiz-bang-wow factor surrounding the gadget is veered towards aesthetics, with the new model coming in five colours – blue, green, pink, yellow and white. Quite frankly, we’re surprised the brand didn’t go all pretentiously Pantone on us and give each one a ‘new colour’ name like Pretty Pistachio, Cotton Candy or Lemon Zest.

So what else is new with the iPhone 5c? Well let’s see… it has an impressive 4-inch Retina display, boasts fast performance (thanks to an A6 chip), 8 megapixel iSight camera, offers FaceTime, and has a longer battery life than its predecessors.

But we still think them pretty colours are what’ll see ’em selling like hotcakes.
