'Sex And The City' Star Leads Queer Thinking Line-Up

Kristin @2x

Remember Charlotte from Sex And The City? She had a lot to say. But then she kind of didn’t.

Real life actress who plays her, though – Kristin Davis – does indeed have much to say on pertinent issues and will demonstrate this when she takes part in the 2016 Queer Thinking line-up during the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras festival period.

Kristin is actually a high-profile supporter of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and, in the case of Queer Thinking, will be discussing issues important to LGBTQI people and communities, both at home in Australia and abroad.

Kristin will appear on a panel or two during the Queer Thinking schedule.

More details below.  Lisa Andrews

Out Loud: About Domestic and Family Violence in LGBTQI Communities is a forward looking discussion on domestic violence within LGBTQI relationships. Families Come in all Shapes and Sizes brings together a diverse panel to address some of the key challenges facing LGBTQI families and what it means to be, create and raise a family in 2016.

Tues 01 March
Online Dating – The Dos and Don’ts of Modern Lust and Love brings together a flirty mix of love, laughter and online hookups. More than just a talk, comedian Nath Valvo and a panel of special guests drill down into the tips and techniques for setting up the perfect gay dating profile that’s sure to guarantee a ‘right swipe’.
