Grass is always greener
With over 25,000 attendees over the past three years, the Hemp Health & Innovation (HHI) Expo in Sydney continues to gain traction.
Dubbed Australia’s largest experiential cannabis event, this year it takes place on May 18 and 19 in the lush Rosehill Gardens and at the Racecourse Exhibition Centre – the place to be for all those looking to learn more about cannabis and hemp in a safe family-friendly environment.
For 2019, the good organisers have added ‘The Food Hempire’ (think ‘Eat Street’ but with Hemp foods), and an eco-fashion showcase, as well as 15-minute on-site medicinal cannabis DR consultations.
Featuring the largest ratified hemp crop in the Southern Hemisphere, interactive activities for all ages, and an array of exhibitors from around the globe, there will be plenty of opportunities to see what sort of products are out there.
For those looking for something a little bit more intellectual, the HHI Expo & Symposium will also bring the world’s leading neuroscientists, doctors, vets, academics, research associates and entrepreneurs as well as celebrities, activists, patients and politicians for presentations, conversations and Q&A sessions.
As laws around this humble weed continue to develop around the world, with recent legalisation having happened in Alaska and Canada, now is the perfect time to find out what all the fuss is about, and whether Australia is ready to say ‘yes’ to weed for good.
Suffice to say, it’s time to weed out the lies and get the right information. Chris Prindiville & Antonino Tati
The Hemp Health & Innovation Expo & Symposium runs from 18-19 May, 2019, at the Rosehill Gardens, and at the Rosehill Racecourse Exhibition Centre.
