It’s not enough that fairy tales inspire girls to grow up coveting the perfect prince (of a husband) and the perfect wedding to get hitched to him. Now Disney is offering a line of wedding dresses for brides to be so as they can look the full fairy tale part.

American business Allure Bridals has announced its first Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection which boasts a set of 16 styles, silhouettes and fabrics, each inspired by fairy tale princesses such as The Little Mermaid’s Ariel, Beauty & The Beast’s Belle, and The Princess & The Frog’s Tiana.

The collection is being debuted at New York Bridal Fashion Week in April 2020 and will hit U.S. stores soon after. Australian customers will likely be able to shop for the dresses online but that is if their limited numbers don’t run out first.

Prices will range from US$1,200 for a romantic ballgown to US$2,500 for a full wedding gown complete with mermaid train.

“So many brides grow up admiring their favourite Disney princess characters and are inspired by their journeys,” says Allure Bridals CEO Kelly Crum in a press release. “We are honoured to work with Disney on this collection and to see the romance of it come to life.”

Now, where to get something starchy, crisp and pure white for him to wear?
