Baby, You Can Paint My Car: MINI invites artists to literally repaint its Electric Hatch
MINI has created a unique opportunity for artists to jump-start their creativity as lockdown conditions ease by holding an art car competition in Brisbane.
The competition is held in support of local arts space Brisbane Powerhouse, and invites artists, designers and creators to interpret the theme ‘Power Up’ on a MINI 3-door hatch.
The chosen theme seeks to raise awareness for the Powerhouse – which celebrated its 20th anniversary recently – as it reopens its doors, and to highlight MINI’s latest Electric Hatch.
“We’re hoping to see a design that captures the creative spark of reinvention, and that spirit of unexpectedness and irreverence that MINI is so known for,” says Anthony Alafaci, Dealer Principal at Brisbane MINI Garage.
By entering, participants will not only have the chance to add this milestone achievement to their portfolio, but will also have the chance to win an opportunity to drive their custom-designed art MINI for a month.
They can also take part in a photoshoot with their MINI, and receive a $200 gift voucher to enjoy Brisbane Powerhouse’s future presentations.
