Nick Cave scores his own kooky exhibition in Copenhagen, Denmark
‘Tis a pity half the world’s borders are closed or I’m sure folks would be flocking to Copenhagen to see a new exhibition inspired by master of darkness himself, Nick Cave.
The exhibition, artfully titled Stranger Than Kindness, brings together large-scale installations and original soundscapes from Cave’s own collection of… knick-knacks!
More than 50 years of Cave’s life, work and inspirations – over 300 objects – are on display in a spatial, multi-sensory setting, representing the man’s real and imagined universes.
Pieces include original artwork, handwritten lyrics, literature, photography, videos, set designs, and collected personal artefacts spread across eight rooms.
Now that’s a big Man Cave. See what I did there?

‘Stranger Than Kindness: The Nick Cave Exhibition’ is on from now until February 13th, 2021 | The Black Diamond, Copenhagen.
