Not-so-shy Shia LaBeouf on abuse charges following those battery and theft ones…
Not only does he have a name that creeps us out, Shia LaBeouf has a chequered history that we wouldn’t want to wish on any star.
Last year, the actor was charged with battery and theft after a June altercation in a store in Los Angeles, but that’s mere chicken feed compared to the trough of crap he’s wading through now.
La Beouf recently received a stack of lawsuits claiming sexual abuse, sexual battery and emotional distress, the first of these coming from singer FKA Twigs (aka: Tahliah Barnett) who claims the Transformers actor was physically and mentally abusive in their relationship.
Other women have since stepped forward to share their scary stories about the not-so-shy Shia, including ex-girlfriend Karolyn Pho, and even singer Sia who shared that she had been “hurt emotionally” by LaBeouf, calling him a “pathological liar”.
In light of the escalating abuse claims, and a host of interpersonal run-ins with other celebs, LaBeouf has now entered rehab and says he is taking an extended break from acting.
LaBeouf refuted all claims of abuse at first, but a source close to the actor recently shared that he admits he needs help and has checked into a facility to receive inpatient counselling and treatment for at least a month.
That is if the law doesn’t catch up with him first.
