A cool blend of contemporary & retro culture

You’ve heard of ‘Squid Game’… Now you can take part in the Australian version live at an event dubbed the Squiz Gamez

There’s no doubt about it – Squid Game is a television viewing phenomenon and is one of Netflix’s most successful shows in 2021. In case you’ve had your head in the sand, the story revolves around a contest where 400-plus players who are in deep financial debt put their lives at risk to play a series of children’s games for the chance to win a multibillion dollar prize.

Now, you have the chance to participate in something called Squiz Games taking place in Sydney. Yes, it’s a genuine thing but the competition stakes aren’t as deadly as they are on the TV show, we’re sure.

Contestants will be selected both prior to the event date and on the day, just like in the series. All ticket holders to the event will be sent a game card in February and will need to call the secret number on the card to get the location details. If you are not selected as a contestant you can watch from the VIP lounge or the online streaming portal.

We can’t tell you too much more because it’s all a bit hush-hush but for a little more info go to www.amaeventmanagement.com.au/squiz-gamez and see if you’re driven to dive into a little competition madness.

Recruitments for Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane are now closed but Perth Hobart and Adelaide are still open.
