‘Testament’ tour set to relive the joys of ’90s and Noughties club culture

Having twice sold out as part of Sydney’s VIVID program in 2021 and 2022, Ministry of Sound is taking its now iconic warehouse experience Testament around the country with an epic national tour.
Club culture was at its peak in the late ’90s and early Noughties and ‘Testament’ indeed stands testament to all that was awesome about this era: the culturally revolutionary themes, the diversity in fashion trends, but most importantly: the music.
From Australia’s acid house infancy to the many reinventions of rave to the varied sub-genres of EDM, communities were formed on the dancefloor, cemented over deep 4am conversations and wild hands-in-the-air exultation. This unmatched era of nightlife has become the stuff of folklore and legend.
From August 4 – 13, 2023 and presented over two specially curated sessions in every city* the first Testament event is dedicated to ’90s rave in its many iterations, and the second showcases the heady heydays of Noughties club life.
Tickets to Testament events in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Auckland, Brisbane and the Gold Coast are available here.
