Three’s Company: Johnny Depp’s cheeky threesome in new Marilyn Manson video…
He’s been in the news quite a bit lately, firstly for suffering from an accident with a metal prop on stage, then for seeing a major player in his band suddenly up and leave after being accused of rape. This week you’re sure to hear more Marilyn Manson talk, thanks to the release of his controversial new single.
Kill4Me is the name of the track, all ready to be hashtagged with its themes of threesome sex, devil-worshipping, and some kind of cult where it seems ‘genuine love’ is only accepted if one party kills for the other (according to the lyrics). But it’s the video that’ll have conservative parties in a true tizz.
Featuring Johnny Depp cavorting with two relatively unknown actresses – Jocelyn Binder and Bailee Cowperthwaite – the clip sees the trio performing Satanic-like rituals in between some messy bed-hopping.
Kicking off with one of the models placing a needle on a scratchy record, and ending with a good bit of backmasking, it seems Manson and Co really do want you to believe the devil is in the music.
And in the wake of all the sexual molestation allegations running rife in Hollywood, a clip like this could only seem (a) very inappropriate, or (b) more appropriate than ever.
