Perth’s favourite pop-up cinema experience has lit up again and will run from now until March 2021.
As we climb out of Covid restrictions, it might seem a little awkward starting to socialise again. But doing it via a trip to the movies is a great way to segue. And viewing that movie on a spacious rooftop is an even better idea.
This year, due to organisers being more careful post-Covid, there is ample space to move about, with beanbags further separated, making for an even more comfy experience.
The Rooftop Movies program boasts a mix of old-school gems, cinephile classics and cult art-house flicks alongside the freshest blockbuster releases. It’s this eclectic programming that has seen Rooftop become a much-loved summer destination.
Awesome flicks in this year’s lineup include recent releases An American Pickle, Bill and Ted Face the Music, The High Note, Rams and Kajillionaire, as well as classics such as Dune, The Princess Bride, Xanadu and The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Check out the full program www.rooftopmovies.com.au, book your tix, then kick back and relax on a comfy beanbag to watch fab flicks under the stars.
