A cool blend of contemporary & retro culture

PlayStation announces its winter sale with hundreds of titles going for cheap!

The weather’s getting cooler and the rains falling more each day. That means winter is officially upon us. But don’t let staying indoors get you down. In fact, we’ve got something that’ll really cheer you up.

Sony Interactive Entertainment Australia is excited to announce the PlayStation Annual Winter Sale is back for 2022. And this year, there truly is something for everyone.

The list of games available at reduced prices is soooo extensive, we couldn’t possibly list all the titles here. So go to blog.playstation.com to check out what’s racing out the door.

Resident Evil 2 to 7 are all now on sale.

Suffice to say, we’re happy to see classics such as Doom, Dracula’s Legacy and several instalments of Resident Evil on there; retro games featuring the iconic likes of Crash Bandicoot and Ratchet & Clank; and more recent releases such as LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Sifu and OlliOlli World. There are also a batch of Dragon Balls, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy’s right up to the HD pocket edition of FF XV.

Final Fantasy XV is just one of hundreds of titles now on sale at the PlayStation store.

Some of these games were only released a couple of months back so it’s good to see PlayStation have kept the list relatively recent and extensive.

The sale runs from now until Wednesday 18 August 2022, and shoppers can score incredible deals across a multitude of games, add-ons and more, including the likes of Dracula’s Legacy, Far Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2 – Deluxe Edition.

A few of the titles will leave the sale early, so don’t wait too long to pick up your favourite.
